RE:                  Snow Removal from Downtown

The St Johnsbury Department of Public Works will begin snow removal activities Sunday night/Monday morning at 12:00 am (midnight). We will start with the metered sections of Railroad St., Eastern Ave, and Main St.   During the day Monday we will continue to pick up snow in the parking lots and around Town offices.

Monday night/Tuesday morning beginning at 12:00 am (midnight) we will finish the north and south ends of Railroad St. and Main Street including Western Ave and Hastings Street.  During the day Tuesday we will be picking up snow in various spots at the ends of dead end streets that are used to stock pile snow such as Bragg Terrace, Sunset Circle, Clinton Ave, etc.

Tuesday night/Wednesday morning beginning at 12:00 am (midnight) we will start snow removal on Portland Street, concluding our snow removal efforts for these most recent storms.

We remind you that overnight parking bans are still in effect, and ask you to use caution when traveling through these work zones.

Thank You
