The Town of St Johnsbury is requesting unit price bids for a Streetscape Improvement Project the St Johnsbury Welcome Center as described in the documents and plans for St. Johnsbury Welcome Center Improvements: Phase 3 SB-VT 11(003). Work on this project involves concrete sidewalk construction, parking lot paving, landscaping, curbing, lighting, drainage, signing, markings and related items for this urban streetscape construction project. State and federal requirements shall apply.

All bidders and sub-bidders must be included on the Vermont Agency of Transportation’s list of approved contractors within the appropriate category.

Sealed bids will be received at the Town Manager’s Office located at 51 Depot Square in St Johnsbury, VT until 1:00 PM on April 27, 2017. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the St Johnsbury Town Manager’s Office on April 13, 2017 at 11:00 AM.

Copies of the Contract Documents and Plans must be obtained from Bluprints Etc, 20 Farrell Street, South Burlington VT 05403 (802)-865-4503 upon payment of a non-refundable fee plus any applicable shipping costs. No partial sets shall be issued, and electronic documents are not available.

Our Water System has sampled for a series of unregulated contaminants. Unregulated contaminants are those that don’t yet have a drinking water standard set by EPA. The purpose of monitoring for these contaminants is to help the EPA decide whether the contaminants should have a standard. As our customers, you have a right to know that these data are available.
