The Town of St. Johnsbury, Vermont seeks an engaging, collaborative, dynamic, and experienced individual to work as an Executive Office Assistant to the Town Manager’s Office. This position is a full time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental and pension.
The Town Manager’s office is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Town and provides general management support for a full time Fire, Police, Dispatch and Public works Departments. This position will provide administrative support to the Town Manager’s office. Duties include clerical, payroll, human resources and benefit management, parking administration, record keeping, reporting, grants management and guest relations.
Salary range is $40,000 to $50,000, plus an excellent benefits package. A Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, or similar relevant field is desired.
