The Town of St. Johnsbury manages three municipal parking lots: the Main Street Lot, the Pearl St. Lot, and the Railroad St. Lot. 

• The Main St. Lot is restricted to permitted parking and hourly meters (overnight parking available with a permit).
• The Railroad St. Lot which offer free 3-hour parking and permitted long-term parking (overnight parking available with a permit).
• The Pearl St. Lot we offers free short & long-term parking (no overnight parking allowed)

On-street parking is available and limited between the hours of 8am and 5pm to 2-hours within the Business District on Main St. and Eastern Avenue, and 90 minutes on Railroad Street.

Winter Ban is in effect November 15 - April 15.  On-street parking after midnight is prohibited.
