Montrose Environmental is soliciting bids for demolition and remediation services at 575 Concord Avenue, St. Johnsbury, VT 05819
On behalf of The Town of St. Johnsbury, Vermont (‘the Town’ or ‘the Owner’), Montrose Environmental
Solutions, Inc. (Montrose or the ‘Owner’s Representative’) is seeking proposals from qualified demolition and
asbestos abatement contractors (each, a ‘Contractor’) to provide services at the Former True Temper Site
located at 575 Concord Street, St. Johnsbury, VT. The selected Contractor will perform work under
