The Town of St. Johnsbury plans to submit an application for a Community Development Block Grant to the Vermont Community Development Program. The Town of St. Johnsbury is seeking a $500,000 grant for the Phase 1 brownfields planning, remediation, and preparations for site redevelopment. Phase 2 with include the construction of a Police Department and Dispatch Center. The application deadline is April 13, 2021.
